The Bisalta mountain, with its smooth slopes, overlooks Cuneo and the surrounding countryside. It has this name because “bis-alta” indicates the two slopes and the two points that are visible for miles around. There is a nice legend about why the Bisalta has two peaks – ask the owners and they will be happy to share it with you![:]
